​TSA Security Requirements 

The TSA has issued new security requirements for cargo shipments on passenger carriers travelling to or through the United States and Canada, originating in one of the countries listed below by the TSA. These requirements mandate that cargo may only be tendered from shippers with whom we have an Established Business Relationship (EBR).
 
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan.

Therefore and with immediate effect, we can only send to the USA or Canada for shippers where at least one of the below apply.

1. The shipper is a known consignor under the security programme of a national authority.

2. The shipper has an account with Royale International that was established prior to 2 September 2024 and contains at least one of the following:
a. The shipper’s shipping and billing address and documented payment or credit history
b. Documented sales history, including any relevant contacts or activities
c. Other documented business correspondence or records

Similar protocols are also in effect for shipment to Australia.

Embargo for personal effects (SPE) to USA and Canada  

The rates for 2024 are now available.  These reflect an at cost increase in line with those received from our suppliers.  Please contact info@royale.co.uk to receive a copy of the revised tariff.

Central London Collections - Last booking time 12:30, latest collection approx 14:00, depending on the postcode.

Rest of UK Collections - Due to a recent change from our main suppliers, collection outside central London must now be booked the day prior to collection taking place.
