Royale International Couriers Ltd - London Office Closure​
 
We would like to inform you that after successfully operating in London for in excess of 40 years, the board and shareholders of Royale International Couriers Limited (the “Company”) have made the difficult decision of its intention to cease all operations and wind down its business on a voluntary, solvent basis. The intended closure solely relates to the business of the Company and does not relate to any other businesses operating under the same or similar name in any other jurisdiction.
 
In light of the above, we hereby give you notice that any and all supply of services will cease with effect from 31 January 2025 (the “Termination Date”). Any and all services and obligations of the Company relating to the period up to the Termination Date will be honoured in full in the ordinary and usual course and any corresponding payments to be made to the Company should be made in full and final settlement within this period.
 
This letter and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by English law. End of Service Advice 
Final collections from London postcodes will take place on 29th January 2025.  Final collection from all other areas will take place on 28th January, with bookings to be made no later than 27th January.
